The Galileo Dumbbells are defining a new revolution in training by mechanically stimulating your muscles at a specific frequency, typically 25-30 Hz.

Targeted muscles are given 25-30 impulses per second, causing them to contract and relax by the natural, involuntary, muscle stretch reflex, 25-30 times per second. At this optimal range, a one minute training session will produce 1,500-1,800 contract/relax cycles.
